Our system allows onboarding on a store, district, region or division level so we have plenty of flexibility to enroll any combination of stores.
We recommend FSMs & RDOs pilot the virtual training with 20+ stores to get a good sense of how it is working and have some data to compare.

Leveraging one or two strong DMs and enrolling their entire district would give an extra level of accountability and management.
Adding 8-12 high performing Store Managers would give a nice alternate test base and provide a direct A/B comparision of the two models.
