Oculus Food & Beverage Install Adventure

Sure visiting Oculus is always an adventure.

But imagine if you had to remove a thousand pound pastry case in the middle of it all. Oh, and install a new one.

But wait there's more challenges to consider, vendors can only park in the loading zone for 30 minutes. And that's after going through a deep state security checkpoint. Then you have to move your car or face the wrath of NYC parking authority, not a fun ordeal, trust us on this one.

It's times like these we are happy to have a night crew doing food and beverage equipment installs, because this near impossible task wouldn't be a true nightmare with the daytime foot traffic.
